7. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

8. If it is determined that the credit card used for the payment is used unfairly by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.

9. If unforeseen circumstances arise that the seller cannot anticipate and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the fee is paid to him/her in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

10. The buyer will inspect the contractual goods/services before receiving them; crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact. The BUYER must protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. 11. The BUYER may use the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the BUYER or the person/organization at the indicated address, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below.

13. If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the execution of the service has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends.

14. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. 16. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. 17. The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and without damage.

18. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to take back the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of his/her fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.

20. If the amount of the campaign organized by the SELLER is reduced below the campaign limit amount due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

21. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or clearly personal needs, underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of deterioration or are likely to expire, goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under the subscription agreement, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording, and data storage devices, and computer consumables, if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. In accordance with the Regulation, it is not possible to return these products.

22. If the BUYER defaults on the transactions made with the credit card, the cardholder will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement made with the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; and may demand the costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and under all circumstances, if the BUYER defaults on his/her debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
