    2) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed for the following purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL:

  • • Conducting the necessary work to benefit from the products and services offered by our company
  • • Customizing our products and services according to your usage and needs
  • • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of BANDWITT and individuals in business relationships with BANDWITT
      • 3) Transfer of Your Personal Data

    Your collected personal data can be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, third parties from whom we receive services to carry out our activities, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals for the purposes stated above, limited to the purposes specified in the ‘KVKK Policy’ on our website, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL.

      4) Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the PDPL

    As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company in writing or via our website, our company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the 'Board' will be charged.

    By applying to our company, personal data owners can:

  • a) Learn whether their personal data is processed or not
  • b) Request information if their personal data has been processed
  • c) Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose
  • d) Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred in the country or abroad
  • e) Request correction if their personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
  • f) Request deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions stated in Article 7 of the PDPL
  • g) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred
  • h) Object to the occurrence of a result against them by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
  • i) Demand compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.
      • 5) Application to the Data Controller and Application Method

    According to Article 13 of the PDPL, you need to submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (‘Board’).

    In this context, the channels and procedures for submitting your written application to our company based on Article 13 of the PDPL for the exercise of your rights under Article 11 of the PDPL are explained below.

    After completely and clearly filling out and signing the PDPL application form (‘PDPL Application Form’) available on ‘www.bandwitt.com’, you can send it to our address below by hand or via registered mail with return receipt, and we will respond to your application within thirty (30) days at the latest.

    In this context, written applications to our company can be submitted as follows by taking a printout of this form:
