2) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law for the following purposes, within the framework of carrying out our commercial activities:

• Conducting necessary activities for you to benefit from our products and services

• Customizing our products and services according to your usage and needs

• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals and entities in business relations with BANDWITT

3) Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, third parties for whom services are obtained to carry out our activities, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, for the purpose of conducting our commercial activities, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law, and limited to the purposes stated in the 'KVKK Policy' on our website.

4) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK Law

As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to us in writing or through our website, our company will conclude your request free of charge within the shortest time and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board will be charged.

By applying to our company, data subjects have the rights to:

a) Learn whether their personal data has been processed

b) Request information if their personal data has been processed

c) Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they have been used appropriately for their purpose

d) Learn the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad

e) Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any

f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK Law

g) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred

h) Object to the occurrence of a result against them by exclusively analyzing personal data through automated systems

i) Demand compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing.

5) Application to the Data Controller and Application Method

In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK Law, you must submit your request to use the rights mentioned above to our company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ('Board').

In this context, the channels and methods for submitting your application in writing to our company for the use of the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK Law based on Article 13 of the KVKK Law are explained below.

You should fill in and sign the 'KVKK Application Form' available on 'www.bandwitt.com' ('KVKK Application Form') completely and clearly, and after submitting it to the address specified below by hand or by registered mail with return receipt requested, we will respond to your application within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

In this context, applications to our company in 'written' form will be submitted by taking a printout of this form;

• Personally by the applicant,

• Via a notary public,
